Answer

Show Editor Mk2 uses HOG2 fixture format to store fixtures in the library

Here's how to add new fixtures to the ShowEditor library:

  • Find the fixture library file. It's called Library.lib, and is found in the installation folder for Show Editor Mk2.
  • For example: C:\Program Files\ShowEditor MK2 or C:\Program Files (x86)\ShowEditor MK2
  • Close ShowEditor, if it's open
  • Copy the  Library.lib file, and keep it in a safe place (as a backup)
  • Open the Library.lib file in a text editor (such as Notepad ++ Or TextEdit)
  • Simply append the new fixture definition at the end of the file.
  • If you make a mistake, ShowEditor might not work, please re-install ShowEditor, or replace the default Library, with the backup made earlier.

How to generate fixture files:

// Comment: generated from Hog2 generator and modified
